What is included in a standard real estate photo shoot?
Our standard shoot includes 25–35 high-resolution, professionally edited interior and exterior images. You'll receive both MLS-optimized and high-resolution formats, delivered within 24 hours. Exterior photos showcase key angles of the front and back of the property, highlight landscaping, architectural features, and provide curb appeal shots designed to attract attention in online listings.
How much does real estate photography cost?
Prices vary based on property size and the services selected. Our standard photography starts at a minimum of $229, which includes professionally edited interior and exterior images optimized for MLS and print use. We also offer twilight photography—giving your listing a competitive edge. Custom quotes are available for larger homes, commercial properties, or multi-unit shoots.
How long does a photo shoot take?
Most residential photo shoots take between 45–90 minutes, depending on property size and add-ons such as drone work or twilight photography.
How quickly will I receive the photos?
We guarantee delivery within 24 hours of your shoot. Rush delivery options are available upon request.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
No, as long as the property is accessible and staged, our team can photograph the home without anyone present. Lockbox access or digital codes can be arranged.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes, we offer aerial photography and video services. However, we recommend reviewing current FAA regulations and your company’s marketing policies before incorporating aerial content into your listings.
What type of equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade equipment to ensure the highest quality results. Our gear includes the **Canon R5** for crisp, high-resolution photography, the **DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine** for stunning aerial photos and video, **GoPro cameras** for dynamic and compact shots in tight spaces, and the **iGUIDE Planix Pro** system for creating accurate 3D virtual tours and floor plans. This combination allows us to deliver visually compelling content that captures every angle of your property.
Can the homeowners be present during the photo shoot?
Yes, sellers can be home during the photo shoot. However, we recommend minimizing movement throughout the property during the session to ensure efficiency and avoid interruptions in the shooting process.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Yes, we offer virtual staging services. Pricing varies depending on the number of photos you’d like staged. Please note that virtual staging may extend the standard turnaround time, depending on the volume of images and our current workload. We’ll provide a time estimate when you place your order.
